Brenna was the ISR instructor for my 16 month old son. What can be a tough process for a parent to watch was made easier by the knowledge, confidence, consistency and care that Brenna displayed during our 6 weeks of lessons. My son was not a huge fan of his lessons for the first 4 weeks, and made it be known loudly, but he learned the important life saving skills and by week 5 gained enough confidence in himself and trust in Brenna that he actually was having fun during his lesson and asking for more! Can't recommend ISR and Brenna as an instructor enough. We are very thankful for her.

“Turns kids into boats” is what my husband wanted me to say in our recommendation for Erin. While he was being funny, it’s the truth. When we started our refresher course with her for our 2 year old son who loves to swim but hates to float, within a matter of days she had him floating calmly. Erin built a strong rapport, recognized his potential, and encouraged him outside his comfort zone into capable skills. We particularly loved her approach of making the right thing easy and the wrong thing hard and how she let him problem solve. She got to know him and kept us informed on what she was doing and why she was doing it. I firmly believe every parent should invest in ISR for their children. It’s just a bonus if you get Erin as your instructor.
